Il Municipio di Torino, Palazzo di Città. In primo piano il monumento fatto erigere al ‘ Conte Verde ’ da re Carlo Alberto nel 1853. Don Bosco fu spesso convocato in questo palazzo, a dare spiegazioni davanti al Sindaco del chiasso e del disturbo che i suoi ragazzi recavano ai tranquilli cittadini.
